1st JEE (Main) may be put off till March due to state polls

The government has decided to conduct the JEE (Main) exams four times — February, March, April and May — from this year onwards. “However, considering the pending elections, the schedule could be tweaked this year. The first exam is likely to be scheduled in March followed by April, May and June,” said a senior official.
