Live: New York subway shooting suspect faces federal charge for 'terrorist attack'

Police have arrested the suspect in the New York subway shooting after hours of searching Wednesday. He had set off smoke bombs and sprayed fellow passengers with gunfire aboard a New York City subway car, injuring more than 20 people.
