Watch: Kishan's Huge Brain-Fade, Walks Off Despite Being Not Out vs MI

Ishan Kishan had a massive brain-fade moment during SunRisers Hyderabad's IPL 2025 match against Mumbai Indians in Hyderabad on Wednesday. The incident was so bizarre that the commentators said that they had not seen anything like this. It happened on the first ball of the third over. Deepak Chahar's delivery angled down the leg side and was caught by wicketkeeper MI Ryan Rickleton. Everything seemed normal, but just then Ishan Kishan started walking off. He, however, stopped mid-way. Just then the MI players enquired for a catch. The umpire who had his hand partially raised, gave Kishan out.

And then, the UltraEdge replay showed there was no edge!

Mumbai Indians (MI) skipper Hardik Pandya won the toss and elected to bowl first against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 18th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Wednesday. The match is being held at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. Heading into the clash, Mumbai Indians are placed sixth on the points table with eight points from eight matches, having secured four wins and an equal number of losses. In contrast, Sunrisers Hyderabad find themselves at the ninth spot with just four points, managing only two victories in their seven games so far.

Both captains took a moment to express their condolences to the victims of the tragic terror attack in Pahalgam that occurred on Tuesday.

Addressing the incident, MI captain Hardik Pandya said, "Feels good (on the applause). I would like to first pass my condolences to the victims of the terrorist attack. We, as a team and a franchise, condemn any such attacks."

On the game, he added, "We'll bowl first tonight. Looks like a good track. Just one change for us -- Vignesh comes in for Ashwani. We need to just execute our plans and take the game as simply as possible, plan properly."

Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper Pat Cummins also expressed sorrow over the attack, stating, "It has been heartbreaking for us as well, our thoughts are with the victims and their families."

Talking about the game, Cummins said, "One change for us -- Jaydev comes in, Shami goes out to the impact player list. It is a cause for optimism, we know this surface and ground really well. We've played some really good cricket this year."

As the teams square off in a crucial mid-season encounter, both sides will be eager to grab the two points on offer and improve their standings in the tournament.

Listen To Indian Muslims' "Mann Ki Baat": Jama Masjid Shahi Imam To PM

Jama Masjid's Shahi Imam Syed Ahmed Bukhari on Friday expressed concerns over the "storm of hatred" in the country, and urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to listen to the 'Mann Ki Baat' of Muslims. Citing recent incidents like the Nuh riots and the killing of four persons by a railway police jawan on a running train, Ahmed Bukhari suggested in his Friday sermon at the historic mosque that PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah hold dialogue with intellectuals from the community. "I have been compelled to speak due to the existing situation in the country. The situation in the country is worrisome and a storm of hatred is posing grave danger to peace in the country," Ahmed Bukhari said. "You say your 'Mann Ki Baat' but you also need to listen to the 'Mann Ki Baat' of Muslims. The Muslims are troubled due to the prevailing conditions and worried about their future," Ahmed Bukhari said, referring to PM Modi's monthly radio pro...
