Thousands of Amazon employees send open letter to CEO; question layoffs

Over 1,000 Amazon employees have penned an open letter expressing grave concerns about the company's rapid AI development. They warn of significant damage to democracy, jobs, and the environment, arguing that Amazon is sacrificing climate goals and human workers for AI dominance.
